One of my great joys at ALA has been to lead the Hiking Club. This past weekend, I took the students out for our third hike to Mountain Sanctuary, hiking through fields of red rock and splashing in the canyon streams. It is particularly fun to see kids who have never hiked before now become excited to come on every trip!
